Interna is a transformative justice-fueled therapy collective with spaces in Mpls, Eagan, and Inver Grove. We believe in fair compensation, low bullshit, and therapy that doesn’t sell out to capitalistic ideals.

Collective voting, no corporate vibes, and a constant cycle of learning, unlearning, and disrupting.

​​​​​Requirements:

 

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy. 

• Valid state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist

• Licensed in the state of Minnesota as a LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT or working towards LPCC, LPC, or LICSW licensure  (with at least one year of experience post grad in outpatient clinical therapy)

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing treatment plans

• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency

• Having a specialization or niche focus to bring to the collective
